Fabric gift bags

Celebration times are a time of giving so let's give back to our planet by stopping or at least reducing using gift paper to wrap presents, used once then thrown out ending up in landfill.

At EcoSew we make fabric gift bags that are the ideal alternative. They come in several sizes to hold various types of presents from jewellery, toys, clothes, slippers, socks, books amongst other things, they are reusable year after year and washable.

We have various fabric designs for various occasions: Christmas, birthdays, Valentine's day, anniversaries etc

Let's make it the norm for the next generation to use fabric gift bags and save the trees!

Material used

Cotton and polycotton are currently used to make the gift bags and the bags are closed with a drawstring polyester ribbon.

We use new both new fabric as well as reclaimed fabric to give a new life to old items that would end up being thown away such as curtains or duver covers. Hence some fabrics might have slight defaults.

NOTE: To order one specific fabric design on the photos, please send us a message prior ordering and we will check fabric stock . Being a very small enterprise we don't hold large amount of fabric of each designs, making your item unique!

Note that sizes may vary a little from item to item due to its handmade nature and depending on fabric stock to avoid wastage in cutting
