Purchasing directly with us by email is best to check availability and bespoke orders.

Payment

Items can be paid in cash if collected or home delivered in person, or by bank transfer prior the item is posted if posted, and also by card via a Zettle safe payment link sent to your phone

Delivery

The items can be obtained in person by collecting from my studio in Edinburgh.

Delivery by post will be in 2nd class (3 day delivery aim from time of posting) and fees are as follows:

• 1 snood or harem pant: £2

• 2 snoods, hats or harem pants: £3.50

• 3 to 4 snoods, hats or harem pants: £5

• up to 5 facemasks: £2

• Baby/face wipes (pack of 10): £.3.50

• Make up removal/skincare wipes (pack of 7): £1

• 1 eco sponge: £2

• 1 soap saver bag: £2

• 1 to 2 fabric baskets/gift bags size MINI, XS, S: £2 and size M, L, XL: £3.50

• heart shaped Chrismas decoration: £2

To package your item we try to reuse existing packaging in the first place, this diverts them from landfill rather than using new packaging. So do not be surprised if you receive your item in a plastic envelope, it is not new but reused. If you can follow the reuse chain, even better!

Refund, exchanges and returns

I hope you will like your item. They are made to high standards with quality and durability in mind but are hand made so variations from one item to another will happen and minor defaults not affecting use can sometimes be present, and as such you should not expect an industrialised and uniform product. However, in the unfortunate case it is not to your satisfaction upon delivery, it can be exchanged or refunded if the item has not been used and is undamaged.

If so , you must notify me within 14 days. Return delivery fee will be at your expense shall you want to return it by post
